Accessibility Statement for Disabled People

    The University of Kent is committed to providing access to the conference for all attendees.
    Registering attendees with mobility difficulties or other disabilities who require University accommodation are advised to contact
    the University of Kent's International Office once they have registered for the conference, so that accommodation requirements
    can be addressed.

    Kent's conference and meeting rooms have lift access if they are not on the ground floor, and bathrooms for attendees with disabilities
    are available in each building. The University of Kent campus has recommended wheelchair routes around campus. The University has good provision for car parking for disabled drivers, with designated spaces at most University venues.

    If you are visually impaired, please let us know in advance and documents can be provided in alternative formats
    (electronically or in enlarged fonts.)
    If you are hearing impaired or have hearing difficulties, the conference venue has infra red and wired loop systems for hearing aids.
    Portable loops are also available on request.
